    buyandholdgold .COM IS FOR SALE

Hi TraderZones, I am not an attorney so it is likely that you know more about this subject than me. I was referring to this in my post: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anticybersquatting_Consumer_Protection_Act Here's an article detailing Harvard's actions...

    buyandholdgold .COM IS FOR SALE

There's a law that allows people/companies to confiscate domain names from others if the owner did not register the name in "good faith." Harvard was one of the first to use this law because someone registered their domain name and tried to sell it back to the university.

GM Shareholders To Be Left With Owning 1% of GM

This will be the death knell for GM. Having the union as workers was bad enough but giving them the power to choose management and run the company will not work out well in the long run. Many of the union workers probably don't even know what the difference between an asset and a liability is.

Decade of 401(k) Losses Force Investors in Their 30s to Start Over Again

“The game isn’t over,” said Ritter, noting that such investors won’t have to draw on their retirement funds for several decades. In the meantime, they can buy shares at today’s lower prices and watch them appreciate “for 30 more years,” he said. This assumption is correct if...

S&P 500 Will Rise to 1,100 This Year, Leuthold Says

1100/676.50 = about 1.62 or 62 percent return. While this guy's prediction may turn out to be true, a 62 percent swing in one year feels implausible to me. Does anyone have any stats on the largest intrayear moves?

Port places Best Buy on his conviction dump list

BestBuy's price's are also ridiculously high compared to online retailers. I remember looking at a SD card that was 3x more expensive than the equivalent at Amazon. They need to charge a higher markup to compensate for the stores, employees, etc.. but customers are eventually going to wise up...

    when should i leave?(trend trading)

Money managment is just as important in my opinion. One of the easiest ways to do this is to implement a stop loss as another poster said and simply move it up along with the market.

Do you think newcomers are easy to earn money in Forex

Be careful about using excessive leverage. 100:1 leverage means that a 1% move against you will wipe out your equity. Many pairs easily move that much in a given day.

How are investment bank traders' bonuses calculated?

Thank you Nebulous, I've always wondered how investment bank traders are any different from an individual trader. Would you happen to know what strategies investment bank traders use (scalping, etc...) to trade?

Swiss slide into deflation signals the next chapter of this global crisis - AEB

This feels like a case of the prisoner's dilemma. If every country ends up devaluing their currency, then the only thing that will benefit are hard assets.

    PowerShares QQQ: Multiple June Calls

I haven't checked but I think the price is off because of a large bid-ask spread. There seems to be no difference between the regular option and quarterly option other than the expiration date. http://www.cboe.com/Products/indexopts/quarterly_all_spec.aspx
