Yes but as has been noted elsewhere this doesn't necessarily mean anything sinister. Someone noted large increases in put open interest in airline stocks, but that could have just as easily been a bullish bet (selling puts) as a bearish bet. Not that I trust the SEC to investigate it though....

Have you looked into catching the emails from TS and turning them into orders? There are quite a few products that do this.
