    19" Lcd $130a/r

BCE, I am currently looking to design my own computer, which must be fast and portable. I am thinking of designing my own case. I have looked at things such as ShuttleX, Antec Aria, Small Form Factors, etc, and decided to make my own case using wood :-) . I want it to be small enough to...

I am also interested in graphic work as well, and so whatever I buy, even for trading, I would choose the better monitors, with DVI . I think you should stick to brand names like Dell, BenQ, NEC, Viewsonic, Sony etc. and you should be fine. Envision and AOC are excellent no name brand monitors.

    19" Lcd $130a/r

Sorry, I may have been too much of a perfectionist. DVI might not be important to you if you don't care much about the fine details that a demanding photographer of a videographer wants . No DVI is perfectly OK for trading environment. http://reviews.cnet.com/4520-3174_7-5136369-1.html

    19" Lcd $130a/r

It is nice. But be careful, one of the reviews said it is Optiquest by Viewsonic. No DVI. Here is a nice BenQ: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824014111&CMP=BAC-tbcpc Buy 2 of them for -$70 the total price.

    19" Lcd $130a/r

Yes I know, I read that reviews :-) But comparing them side by side, Envision and AOC stood out as the best picture, clearest, best colors, etc. Among these were SamSung, ViewSonic, NEC etc, which were slightly better ... and Sony which were clearly better. But these no name brand Envision...

I don't like GEM monitors. I think Envision and AOC (also Chinese made) are ten times better.

daytrading profits --- how many cents per trade is realistic

Originally, I didn't pay attention, and I assumed the question asked how many cents per share. I guess that's what was intended anyhow.

    Economics of Renting vs. Owning

Most people who bought homes recently in the US to rent out have negative flow. 1000/month is common. They all bank on the appreciation of the homes to make profit.

daytrading profits --- how many cents per trade is realistic

How many cents does it go against you before you bail out ? If you scalp for 3 cents, and usually hang on to 1 dollar in the red, then it should take about 30 winning trades to equal one bad trade.
