To add to the other comments, their staff is very knowledgable on the product. They can usually get back within the hour with specific directions on how to find the information you're looking for (not a canned response.) Or if it's urgent, tell them and they will call you directly, usually...

EXE, Thanks for the info. The only thin bezel 19's they had were the 191T. They did have 171N monitors there. Other than size, I couldn't see much difference between the two. I should have more info once Samsung mails the spec sheets. :cool:

I emailed Tradestation about this a while ago because I also use excel with my datafeed. They told me it can't be done, meaning of course, that it can be done but they choose not to allow this option. I'm not sure the rationale they have about protecting their data but it's a big enough issue...
