having access to both is great. i have also been filled in the pit at a price that wouldnt have happened in ecbot. i only trade 5 lots so the pit broker does a really good job.do you know who IB uses as their pit broker?:)

i dont know how their servers are setup but maybe an seperate the futures and stock data? give people the option to use one or the other and then supply tick data?:)

you have nice size account then,you'll want to declare to the cra then the income from the US broker. not worth the fines and stress if they step on you.

the problem is home prices in any of the warmer states. i thought about it also during last winter.

you are still supposed to declare your income the same as if you are in canada.it doesnt matter if you take anything out or not. you could try and ignore it and see what happens,maybe the cra won't find out.but if they do...ugh:D

the anti worry books are a good idea. positive with a spiritual aspect i find are also pretty good."zen" ideas but not commercial types when i can find them also can have good ideas.

my experience has been limited to grains and livestock for floor trades and all i know is its been pretty damn good. my size is usually 5 contracts sometimes only 1 or 2 and they get me fills that electronic wouldn't. and when there is a malfunction on ecbot or globex,its a very nice feeling...
