I like Hyper Snap for $35. because it can crop before or after saving, can add text and notes easily, before or after saving. It works great for capturing charts for trades and adding text for trade logs.

It makes about as much sense to require an uptick to go short as it would be to require a downtick to go long. The uptick rule is outdated and needs to be eliminated.

Thanks for the help. Turned out the Microsoft driver for the USB port needed to be reinstalled. And as Lancer suggested, slowing the keyboard speed down eliminated the key bounces and multiple entries. And as Puffy suggested, it's easier to send the keyboard strokes to MS Word to see...
