    Lightspeed, margin requirements

The basic margin requirement is around 150%. This basically means that you have to come up with at least 50% of the proceeds that would mount up because of shorting a stock. So, in case you wish to short sell 100 shares of a stock trading at say $10, the margin you need to have in the account...

Can Tik Tok mess up Forex?

See, there are no two days alike in trading with changes in the market volatility, a stronger or weaker trend, or even change in the range and this is where a trader needs to identify whether he/she should implement his strategy or not. As a trader, I would suggest you look at the price action...

Can Tik Tok mess up Forex?

I have been working with IB, eToro, fxview, forex.com etc and yes, brokers do suggest and guide you on how to trade. A broker you select should also inform you about the risks along with the opportunities like when you need to exit the trade, margin calls, stop-loss flexibility, etc.

Can Tik Tok mess up Forex?

What I believe is that amateurs make ‘How To’s’ YouTube and tiktok business videos to become successful traders. Now novices follow them and their strategies blindly and eventually end up losing money. The authentic way to begin trading according to me would be to spend a few months learning...

Is there anything like a best trading strategy?

I’m experimenting with bollinger bands for now, I always use MT4, currently playing around with few new indicators on fxview’s demo, otherwise I generally stick to RSI and have used them across a range of brokers - IG, XM, CMC Markets, ATrade, but always on MT4.

Is there anything like a best trading strategy?

As far as market entry and exit goes, use indicators to look at the overbought or sold phase and accordingly enter the market. Exit always as per the stop loss level that would be pre decided. If emotions come in your way, use EAs.

I suggest you take the pipsology course on babypips: learn different strategies and all there is to trading. What pairs to trade, use of leverage, etc.

    high leverage high risk?

That’s quite inspirational. I too have been planning to add more high leverage brokers to my portfolio besides the ones I am currently using-IG, Fxview. Have my eyes set on Forex.com, I’m open to suggestions too. Extremely keen on leaving my job.

    What makes MT4 so popular?

I was suggested the same by customer care at Fxview when I faced this issue. But overall I am pretty happy with MT4. It was the first platform I used on IG and using them again now on Fxview. Had a brief short lived relationship with ctrader in between that didn’t go very well lol I’m just...

    high leverage high risk?

If you don’t use some leverage, how will you earn profits? I made some really good profits with IG and Fxview after using 1:200 and 1:400 leverage respectively. Got about 4 to 5% returns on USDJPY, GBPUSD. I don’t know how you’re making any money without leverage, I can’t even afford to not use it.

    high leverage high risk?

Risk management is something no trader should neglect. Maintaining that balance between risk and comfort can be difficult but it is important. There are some ways every trader can manage risk: 1) Proper understanding of the market 2)Constant working on a trading plan 3)Understanding leverage...

    Good Broker for Investing?

The best way is to look for a regulated broker. This will not only ensure safety of your funds but will also provide you with a stable platform. I like trading with brokers like Plus500 and Fxview. So far they have been working well for the price action strategy I’ve been working on and there is...

    MT4 vs MT5?

That’s true, but I am only interested in forex as of now so for that I am getting perky returns on mt4 on fxview so I am good. Spending costs are low, my strategy seems to be working, why bother going into a different direction

    MT4 vs MT5?

It is free. I didn’t have to pay a penny for it, just downloaded it onto my PC. using it for my ig and fxview accounts. Even on the phone it works fine.

Demo account with real account experience

I can agree to an extent, but rushing to bigger risks is never a good idea. Take my example, I am in favor of balancing things out, I risk a little higher than average with my TDA and IBKR account because both have wider range of asset classes with enough educational material for medians like...

    How to go about pips?

well, I have used IG, fxview and Tradestation, I will share my experience so far: IG: I liked them for their educational resources as their efforts seem quite decent to upskill their traders. Only gap I found was no copy trading integration. Tradestation: honestly it took me a long time to...

when are increased election margin requirements going back to usual?

That usually depends upon the broker you use. It might take some time to go back to normal. Maybe they are waiting for all the election ado to normalise first. Guess, you’ll have to wait a while.

    How to go about pips?

EUR/USD is the most popular out of these 3. Range trading works quite fine for this pair. When support or resistance breaks, that is the best time to enter the trade as per the strategy that I use. Timing is very critical as I have suffered severely by entering too early when I first started...

    Non-US broker for EA scalpers

I couldn’t agree with you more. I am using both of them and honestly it’s hard to conclude either one of them as better. And Fxview, I suppose they have been in the market for almost 2 years, and in my opinion, it is slightly better in some aspects, say, the deposit and withdrawal times...
