    I am doing my part of boycott BP products by stop buying castrol motor oil. No BP gas stations in my town(except avgas in airstrip), I am sure there many people will boycott BP. When oil spills over shoreline of Florida, even more people will be pissed.

    why would BP purposely take upon the blame is still unclear, my guess the oil belong to BP after it has been pumped out of ocean. Transocean (RIG) is the actual company have done drilling and had caused this accident. Anyway, if BP deserves going Bankrupt, so does RIG.

    BP only makes those kind of profits if oil stays above $70s, what if oil price crashing down to $40, or even lower, they better hoping they can hold oil price high, other BP's competitors hold back their productions, and those "revolutionary terrorists" start bombing oil pipelines at the same time.
