Neither. People who own stock in either company mistakenly believe they own a part of the business which is not the case cause the bond holders own both companies.

Agree w Dudeoflife - wait til there is a BK first or the Fed cuts. Maybe this time homebuilders pulled up their stakes soon enough, but there is no reason to believe they did so... Watch the price to book for the group for it to hit .80 - you can do this easily at Yahoo industry groups.

I have 1907FPs which I love and got them very cheap from an ebay seller which worked out very well. They were 50$ less then on Dells site, no tax and the shpg was cheaper then Dell.
