It depends on how body fat percentage is measured. DEXA or DXA tends to be higher by a few percentage points than if you use calipers. I would say Baron is around 15% if he went for a DEXA scan.

To expand further....you use your left hand side brain to make analytic decisions e.g. your setups, chart reading, position sizing but you then need your right hand side brain to give u more of an intuitive feel e.g.do I take this trade or not, do I exit here for a profit, should I exit here to...

OP should give it a few more months and then quit day trading. Move to a longer time frame.

The fatty bird is disgusting. And not hard to lose visceral fat....that tends to go first when doing a calorie controlled diet.
