Leading market players use "time" in their algo's. [math loves time so price loves time too] -Time/Price/Volume - Volume being the one ingredient that it is possible to remove at times...Time/Price stuck together forever... Price without time has no meaning at all. The ebs and flow of...

What kind of target do you have to exit? Kinda a gut based exit? Is that why your stop is so tight? What time frame led you to go short?

I am in a 30m Bar signal Short from 1052.25, my exit is at 1038.50...we may see a run up to 1057.50, maybe a touch higher but I think you are in good position today from a 30m Bar time frame perspective.

This stopped out at 1054.25 :( We receive around 20 of these types of signals each Full Globex Session...I can not post them all...this is a 5m Bar signal.

As volatile as the ES has been the last 2 weeks it has been holding up so much better than back in 2008. This leads me to believe their is a lot of upside. Has anyone else noticed this go round being little more "true" to ES price action? Granted the VIX isn't at 80 but....

Some random commentary not worth much but... ...I cant see the ES just capitulating anytime here this week or until the QM reverts back to the $80 area and then it is fair game...We may not see a stellar 100 point rally, but Oil wants to flirt with $80 real bad again and that may be enough to...

Ok so the ES hit 1053.50 and reverted back to 1047.50...then it reverted back to 1054.50...the 1052-1056 band offers a lot of resistance...look for this to stall and hit 1047...

Volente do you trade heavily via [volatility] analysis?

    ES Journal Archive (2009 - 2010)

you may get stopped out...1052-1056 is going to be a safer spot...I only say that because I do not have any resistance (from my techniques) that would indicate that spot as a reversal. Your holding until new lows?

It definitely has 1032.50 in its sniper scope...is that far enough?
  19. P

    ES Journal Archive (2009 - 2010)

If 1032.5 does not offer support (which I think it will temporarily) then 1014 is the next stop. We may see a sharp move to 1052 area from the 1032 area (or the 1014)...either way, we will return to 1052 short-term. I am using guides not trade signals to speak about this move up from...
