use IBs Book trader it works fine... the data page is a pain... it just takes time to get use to it. lots of hidden functions on TWS

on IB's Excel API could I get RTD instead of DDE? and could it handle more then 40 fields with over 100 data lines? could some let me know which is the best route for and real time data calculations and database combo? MYSQL or others what I wanted to do is have hundreds of cells...

Yes I agree having HV and IV along with the greeks that would be shown on the data line or in the api.. open interest as well and not to mention TIKI and better scanning and alerts options. this is in great need PLEASSEEEE :)
