This bailout nonsense is not fair to the taxpayers and it's not fair to those companies that function responsibly and live and die by their own decisions. What we really need here is a lesson that says you can't just take on all this risky sh** and expect the govm't to bail you out if things...

Probably a dumb question, but ... how are short ETFs affected by restrictions? Can SKF keep going up and up and up when the stocks within it can't be shorted?

You have to configure TWS to execute orders after hours on the 'Configure>Orders>STK' page.

1/2 an Exedrin P.M. works well for me ... takes the edge off and no residual effects the next morning.
