From Hitman's journals, I gather that they start traders out on nyse and if they do well, eventually the trader will be allowed to trade nasdaq. But they are not nasdaq scalpers, by any means.

9/20 and 15/25 on the 2nd round. I assume there are more rounds if you are good enough? It is pretty forgiving about how close you have to be to score a hit. I love the expression when they get whacked.
