Hi, I'm in the middle of considering online trading ES futures as a full time occupation. I'm looking for good online eMini trading websites to serve as mentor. Any recommendations?

I spoke with an IB rep and he told me that trading ES futures with an IRA account required the full margin requirement aka 4k for one contract rather than 2k for regular intraday trading. Do all firms require full margin? Please post any that have less stringent requirements.
