trend lines work better the shorter the time frame u look at ( obviously)

min margin is 3000 and you don't have to wait open a margin account .. if you don't have 3000 in your account then just wait S2007S - you are talking about the pattern day trading rule which is 25k min requirement

if your trading stocks - you get taxed cap gains - doesn't matter whether or not you withdraw the funds (it matters when you sell). I don't know bout futures because I don't trade them.

go into a trade with a plan and don't deviate from it, set a goal to exit and a stop loss to exit if the trade goes bad

hmm how bout the fed chairman stop cutting rates, let us go through a recession and stop inflation. I think it'd do us better than worse.

you decide to buy , you decide to sell - I have made bad decisions in the past as well. Use stop losses and limits when you buy. It'll help you out.
