Thank you for all your comments. It's just that I have heard traders say "learning from profitable" traders can save you a lot of money because you will not fall for the traps that they did when they started. Like I said, I'm pretty new to trading and thought this would be a good way to learn...

I appreciate the comments. I've been reading many books, but I believe having a mentor giving direction and forming your own plan thereafter would be beneficial for a new trader like myself.

It's pretty easy spotting shorts on listed stocks. They will always be a penny higher than the last trade/print. Once you see a big order come in to sell, all you have to do is hit the bid (if you have access to bullets) and see if the order comes down a penny higher than the bid you hit. If...

Anyone try out Mr. Oz's cd-rom course? I read his "Stock Trader" book and thought it was good. I learned a lot from it since I'm pretty new to trading. If his course is as good as the book, I'm thinking of purchasing it...$600 cheaper than the Turtle System I was about to purchase and $1000...

I would pick the internship with Wolverine rather than trying to go and prop trade if you're just starting out. Wolverine, from what I hear, is a very respected group and believe you would learn a lot from the traders there. I also believe they have education sessions after the market closes...
