stopped at 1123 for .75 loss i'm paper trading off the SPY b/c my feed from IB doesn't start till tomorrow when i'll start on the ES. Very strong support at 1120. Check out the lows for the past week.

vulture, I'm sorry but I don't see the "noise". Here is the 3-min chart from today. Trended the whole day until stuck in range from 2 - 4pm. Lots of opportunities if you traded with the trend or traded S/R in range.
