I'm not a trend follower, generally. But I suspect that if you have the patience, the capital, can take the drawdowns, and they have been painful the past couple months, then this is a trend to play long term. Lot of ifs, though. And your also hoping to catch the break out, that could be months...

Yeah, MArc Faber or someone in BArron's also said to play corn short term with a six month contract. I wonder, though, when folks here and Barron's are touting a seasonal play with new lows, well, if something sounds too good to be true ....

Well, as each week passes and the VIX drops lower, or so it seeems, the VBI gets more and more tempting, despite the premium to spot. I see so little liquidity here, I sense that no one is playing this contract. How come? Is this something one should stay away from? Or at least wait for a break out?

Is a book sufficient? Or are there good courses to take? Is a Series 3 necessary to be a CTA? Does it alone make one a CTA? I'm in Boca Raton.

Better in Freeport than in the other places I mentioned? Always seemed much tackier there, to me. Infrastructure that much better?

Why not Marsh Harbour? Harbour Island? Lyford Cay?
