Kowboy- I've been using one 19'' sony trinitron flat crt that I got with my Dell last year...I love it and have been looking to add another...the best prices I've seen have been on e-bay the only downside is that they take up so much desk space but super crisp text and charts

you don't have to register for 10minute delayed quotes...just click on quotes, then 10minute intraday....bam!:D

wwatson- almost every quote/data provider can supply them for you. they used to be available at www.cme.com on a delayed basis, but I don't know if they still provide them

trd- I'm all for watching the transports as a leading indidcator too(only as an investing tool, not daytrading) but you call this moving to new highs?(see chart)

white - try this http://tech.msn.com/internet/speedtest.asp it might not be the best speed test...but it should give you an idea it also helps to do a trace directly to your data provider to see if you're getting any time outs

white,could it be your ISP? have you tried doing a trace ? speed test etc?

Don- That guy might be like Nick Leeson...but Allied Irish is a HUGE bank with many branchs throughout the UK...Barings was a relatively small INVESTMENT bank...so when Leeson lost 1billion, it killed them.....I don't think a big loss, even 700mill is gonna bring down AIB
