Is IB the cheapest broker for larger investors trading frequently?

But then again, this post is about fees per share only. The rest is for the birds really. You will have to adapt or the 0 com crowed will eat your lunch. I wonder how long it will take IB to wake up to this new reality.

Woodford Investment Management blocked redemptions from equity income fund

The strategy was actually made clear in the offering memorandum (called prospectus in the UK). The fund is allowed to invest in pre-ipo situations. Problem is that only 1 out of 10 investments played out well (sold to IP Concepts)

Is IB the cheapest broker for larger investors trading frequently?

Thanks but it says 0.0035 for your 2nd tier between 250,000 and 1m shares. Am I missing something here? And am not sure about other day traders but I am not a fan of pricing per trade as it turns out to be less economical in the long run.

US Stocks and warrants commission per share is $ 0.002 at IB (2nd tier, where most of the larger day/swing traders would fall). Everything else on the side (speed, execution, customer service, etc...) can you think of anyone else offering DMA for $0.002 or less per share? Tony Pricing...

    Interactive Brokers Prime Services

I appreciate that your question is addressed to Robert but care to say that this is precisely the point of IB Prime: Finding product elsewhere (primary equity issuance, distressed credit, etc...) that IB does not offer and bring it onboard. Some you may subsequently trade via IB (post-IPO...
