I didnt like either one, in regard to the fact that both showed very little actual trading. You see a few shots on a trading floor, and the rest is drama. The 1st is still better than the second one.

Sam, a great tool you might want to look into is the ATR indicator. It helps with volatile stocks like apple and aig. It basically tells you how much the stock will move over a series of days. Hope that helps.

Also what broker are you using? Im just curious. My brief day trading stint a few years back, I learned that unless I traded x number of shares per trade, or per month I wasn't going to get the commission discount. I forget now, but I either didn't fully understand the terms or just ignored...

If for some reason day trading doesn't work , many intraday strategies will work on longer term charts as well. I look foreward to seeing how well you do this coming year.
