To Build Or Not To Build

It's really easy. A lot better than those HP setups :D Search internet forums/google for any hardware conflicts between hardware devices. Eg. motherboard and graphics card, sometimes they just won't like each other.

    How much do you need?

Good choice Dave. I think working and building capital is the smart safer way of doing it. Great peace of mind knowing you'll have that steady paycheck and time to work on your strategies.

    How much do you need?

It's called a prop firm! You can put up $5,000 and trade. You only need $25,000+ if you're trading a retail account.

What will you do, if you are the only trader in the stock?

Ohh I understand now ... you're using the "denial strategy". So you hang on to your losers until they come back? Praying it will come back doesn't usually work, the stock gods are harsh. But hey if it's been working for you by all means keep doing it. And to answer your original...

You should always be prepared for any sort of big loss from a unknown event ie. 9/11 however, your risk management should take care of...

    Pictures of your trading stations

Exactly Atomic, unless you have horrible eyesight the 40" doesn't do a lot of good for the price. As far as I know only the Sony laptop has the 1920x1200 resolution without going up to a 23" or 24". Then your options are Dell, HP, BenQ, Samsung, Acer, Viewsonic and Sony. *Sorry for the off...

    Need help daytrading QQQQ

Good post I agree. You need to be thinking in probabilities. Here is an example: 20 trades 70% Wins (14), 30% losses (6). 14 x .10 = 1.40 6 x .20 = 1.20 After slippage and commissions it's a net loser. I know there are a million other factors but it's just an example. You need to...
