Jtrader with pats is still very good in terms of reliability. I used it for years with a simply DSL from overseas, so the RCG infrastructure is supposed to be OK. When I had problems normally it was my internet connection.

If you are willing to use their JTrader platform the feed is reliable (based on RCG infrastructure) supposing you have a good internet connection; clearly Pats does not provide charts. The order desk on the phone even after the eLocal/Trademaven fusion is still excellent.
