I think I suggested you contact TS Support the makers of MultiCharts
You could just as easily contact TradeStation and ask why they have done nothing.
I'm sure if there was any copyright infringement they would have acted, it's inconceivable that they wouldn't. I don't buy into the idea...
What a Muppet.
The very first line on the purchase conditions reads âWe do not provide refunds on orders and all sales are final, so don't miss the opportunity to use the 30 day free trial to see if MultiCharts meets your needs.â All the rest is irrelevant.
As there are already 2 threads...
Having read through this thread I decided to seek professional advice from a friend and corporate attorney. Having appraised him of the facts of the case as described by yourself, he came to this conclusion:

Found the error, just a simple typo at the end of the PreferredSlowK there is an l in place of a 1. Should be like this.
PreferredSlowK (Function)
Inputs: SlowKLen(Numeric), FastKLen(Numeric);
PreferredSlowK = PreferredSlowK[1] + ((1/SlowKLen)*(FastK(FastKLen) -
PreferredSlowK[1]));
I think the "Not enough series length. Bars reference value:" error indicates that there is not enough data loaded in the chart. Try editing the symbol and increasing the number of bars back.

Yes indeed and TS sucks more than most. Exchange fees are normally waived by any serious broker, IB, Transact, Mirus, etc, etc, etc, which more than covers the cost of a "free" platform
If anyone here were to answer how would you know they were correct. Call Mirus and ask them yourself, then call at least two other brokers and ask the same questions, then you will be in an informed position to decide which to open an account with.
Andrew,

I think you summed it up very well Tums. Looks like I'll have to put...
Andrew,
The number one issue with Multicharts for me is speed of loading data and changing resolutions so Iâm looking forward to any improvement in the 2.2 version. If I were to make a wish list for improvements to Multicharts optimization speed would not feature. To me the fact that you...
