Sir, With all due respect to Jack, perhaps it is time to follow Spydertrader's COURSE. Start with the futures journal, PAGE ONE. Follow directions. A suggestion: please post ES charts only for awhile if you want help. A rehash of Jack is available with plenty of links ON PAGE ONE of...

Before, Bar 12 told us. Do we not have inc red vol? It certainly is a channel! http://elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&postid=1840934&highlight=three+AND+ways+AND+point+AND+one#post1840934

A few comments on posted charts for today: - A few charts are missing two channels between 1000 and 1100. Please review guavaman's chart. - What is with the peak trader charts? The two posted are EXACTLY the same! Are you guys doing your own 'M' or is someone else? Until...

    Iterative Refinement

A few charts posted today are missing the first up channel. Notice how the context changes when it is in place (i.e. the VE that now have us looking for the FTT). Many may recall the statement posted by Spydertrader about...

Hannah Montana "topless" photo rocks Disney?

That maybe, BUT, a parent has an obligation to protect their child, whatever the finacial or legal consequences.

Hannah Montana "topless" photo rocks Disney?

Her father is ON the show! Billy Ray Cyrus with the one hit - Achy Breaky Heart. His biggest hit now? A fifteen year old daughter.

This is your response to my post: So exactly where is it said NOT to trade? Follow directions or your own path, I care not. I already gave you an example of one who followed the directions he WANTED to follow instead of what was presented.

Late for what? I hope it isn't for a trade, because trading is the fourth step in learning, not the first. If one is not trading, then a 'position' can NOT become negative.

How predictive is volume to index futures?

Choice 1 is the place for people who use at least two aliases in the same thread.

A very good source for learning to annotate. Another good source was himself and the path he chose - not following his own instructions, let alone the instructor's. The point is to read the futures journal, follow the directions, and don't invent stuff. Here is a great example of one who...

Well congrats! That is amazing progress for just a couple months! Simming is the last step, the 'A' in MADA. So that means one is proficient in 'M' (properly annotated chart). Also, one has mastered 'A' (context, all sequences, and WMCN) Then one has moved to a mastery of 'D' (can I...

I posted this yesterday: "Sure, but only if I can answer it as a rhetorical question and not provide the answer as an attachment."

Yes, this is exactly what I did. In realtime I had the channel drawn until the OB showed up. Then I removed the channel. Remember, this is a very rare occurence, so don't fret over this. More importantly, the Actions and the results were the same.

    Iterative Refinement

Just to clarify, during the formation of the OB, with the inc red volume, a pt3 and down channel existed. It was on the completion of the OB that the channel was not confirmed. Very rare occurence and in the end, the same Decision and Actions occured. Sorry for any confusion I may have added.

Wow, who appointed you king! I say king because I seriously doubt a democratic process ensued where all the people voted and you won the majority. This sure sounds like someone else who used to frequent these journals, even did some work and helped others, including me. But in the end he...

It should be obvious now why it does not matter if blotters or trades are posted. First you compliment callmate and then cry like a baby when time stamps aren't delivered. On another note, too high and mighty for that apology?

Actually, I get excited over a good apology.

'You' might have seen a pt 3 there, and so did others, but does that make it a pt 3? No, there is no pt 3 down channel.

Sigh... Please see the discussion concerning the 'point 3' during this period.
