Does anyone have a word document with some of the important highlights from this thread and/or important topics from the book they would like to share? I left my book at my house and need to do some reviews before Friday. It would be MUCH appreciated!

It wasn't that dumb of a question. There are times when its necessary to start a fresh new number line.

I don't know if I'd be using a 5 day for a trade that is 60 days out inthe futures. I guess it depends on which months, but you might not get the movement in the forward curve that you're expecting in the cash month.

now that I think about it I think I let one of my potential investors borrow it and never got it back. it's a shame there are so few books on energy trading, but that definitely was one of the good ones. it's a great high level overview of just about every product.

Mark Fisher has been a special guest on CNBC all morning/afternoon. Might want to check out the videos once they are posted later. Does not mention anything about ACD or anything like that, but talks a lot about tapering, AAPL, and of course natural gas.

Probably some of the 300 other "wizards" trading gas here in Houston. Lol

most brokers will only allow cash-secured naked option selling so it wouldn't matter anyways.

lol, ok. so you don't know. you've got just as much chance losing your deposit with a prop shop than taking a chance on passing the top step trader simulation and getting your money back when you get pass.

I got bullish on E6 on the 7th and got a number line confirmation yesterday. I think it needs a day or two to breathe, but my monthly A up is 1.3207. That level should be defended throughout this month.
