This is an interesting question. If I understand it correctly, you would like to use API to set alerts which pop up on TWS when the condition is met. That could actually be useful. I don't see anything in the API that can do that. The closest that I can see is to create a Conditional Order...

Ok, so CBOE BZX exchange just has a different matching logic. They don't talk to each other. You shouldn't care about any of that really. Your order will get filled as the stock moves in the right direction (for the Market Maker of course).

Is 70% win rate considered high for doing spreads? I always think of spreading as selling options premium … high win rate until things go real bad. What is expected avg win vs avg loss? Very hard to have strong edge doing liquid instruments like most Futures are, no?
