trend following & dealing with retracements

Sorry to dissapoint you, but that does not rise to the standard of proof. And, giving you the benefit of the doubt this IB is not lying, one good day does not make a consistent trader. Listen, you may be a con artist but I know and you know exactly what I'm speaking about here, so...

trend following & dealing with retracements

All that is hearsay. I want proof, something that would pass the smell test of the NY Times/Futures Truth and even be considered as evidence in a court of law. Please, save your breath and stop wasting your time if you cannot produce bonafide evidence that withstands rigorous due diligence...

trend following & dealing with retracements

Here we go again. If there is no proof, than it must be voodoo. Show me the proof; talk is cheap, cheaper than the air we breath.

Sure there are, just like children who give Santa their list and he comes down the chimney Christmas Eve and places all those gifts under the tree.

    Best ES Simulator ?

Me too. Ninja won't give you a fill unless price trades through and therefore it is realistic to live trading.

Why do the Mods defend a fraud like Jack Hershey

One exception: Magna. If Hershey posts his drvel on a Journal thread and the OP complains, Magna deletes it. One of the few mods with integrity and considering he doesn't get paid to police his forum, that's saying alot.

Reversion To the Mean (RTM) Intraday Strategies

Don't bother. It gets creamed in backtesting in all markets and timeframes. LOL. I love it when the snakeoil salesman in this industry use the "it works in all markets and timeframes" line. Sure. And money grows on trees--on all types and seasons.

Reversion To the Mean (RTM) Intraday Strategies

And they also both fail; in fact, miserably. So much so that 95%+ traders lose money, including you I bet.

I stand corrected, ET is very useful for trading

And, of course, you're going to keep it to yourself. Ask yourself why you bothered to start this thread. What pleasure did you arrive from it? How many aliases do you have so far?

    what's the deal with collective2?

C2 has an interesting concept but its design and implementation is seriously flawed in certain areas, particulary the administration of erroneous or inaccurate data it receives from third party trading platforms. When a system developer finds a problem with a trade, C2 will simply go to the...

    what's the deal with collective2?

C2 doesn't track anything. It simply regurgitates what it receives from it's data providers. So far, it sounds like your providers are reporting accurately, but if there is a screw-up, don't look to C2 to help you make it right.

    what's the deal with collective2?

The STATISTICS are accurate based on the data C2 receives, but that data can be grossly inaccurate and the method for corrections is woefully inadequate.

No one on EliteTrader will beat the market… here is why

OP, in general, I think you are correct. By drilling down to the underwear traders at ET, you're almost perfect in your assessment. The fun part of this thread is to read the posts from all the ones who you rubbed the wrong way whose egos are more bruised than their trading accounts...

http://eminitv.tv/?p=home I couldn't resist this one because the home page opening line pays homage to ET :p "Become an Elite Trader, Daytrading the Emini Futures contract, for December 2008 using our Trading Course." My snakeoil meter almost broke its needle on this. The room is...
