A lot better this week but still delays, mostly in the opening 10 min. or so. Gain tells me "We are aware of the problem, we remain committed, and are working diligently to resolve the matter. This matter is our highest priority item."

Nothing like futures opening down 3% and the DOM being totally wrong for first 14 min.!

Problem continues... Yesterday for about 15 min. the EMinis were minutes behind! Below is from a Demo account on a separate computer. The same issue was on my trading computer in a live production account. (proving the issue is not my computer). Why the hell was the YM keeping up just fine...

I've documented this problem extensively over past 5 months with my broker but it continues. During fast markets, Gain data feed falls behind and can take anywhere from a few seconds to 5+ minutes to catch back up. Price on Gain's DOM or charts is incorrect during these periods making trading...

Another IB (for Ironbeam) that offers 50 cents per side is Zumo. http://www.zumo.com/pdf/fees.pdf Clearing is done by ABN. If anyone has any experience with this broker or the Firetip trade platform, please share. Thanks!

Not for long I just learned today!! They are being sold to Gain Capital for $12 million. It's on the OEC website. As a long time account holder, I don't see this as a positive move. I hope I am wrong.

They haven't had an outage in a very long time but this one was a doozy! I had 8 ES contracts on at the time and it took me a half hour after redialing a gajillion times to get through and get orders with trades desk to exit trade and cancel pending orders. Not sure how this dust will settle...

Same here, new day... Actually it was up/working all morning but was very sluggish and had delays. As many as 5-10 sec. for an order to change from "sending" to "working" status! Now all is dead with no quotes or charts after software tried to reconnect. Not happy...
