hello...just wondering if anyone can just make an educated guess based on experience / past market conditions...how long would these extreme volatile conditions last...until the fed meeting or until a rate cut or after a potential big drop or a bounce up some time this week or much later?

ofcourse!...some thing like computer eye syndrome our bodies usually tell us when to stop, by givings us headaches, eye irritation, blurriness, etc. but if you keep staring at the monitor anyway and don't give enough time for the eye tissue to repair itself, then yes you get eyesight...

i am curious: why are you trading several markets? you are probably just going to make things more complicated, especially with a 3 thousand dollar account.

how far do you place your stops? and what is your typical profit target for a day like today? i placed a trailing stop at 15 ticks (YM), and got stopped out twice. but ofcourse after i hit the profit target of 11 ticks, i tighten the stop to 5 ticks.
