I'm not making excuses.. I've just tried so many things before already to solve this discipline problem of mine but no success.. I've tweak some of my techniques and I'll let u know if it will solve the problem.

I was thinking literally trade with groups of people.. trying to find traders in my area would probably be tough.. I don't know Canadians trade..lol I don't trade futures.. I mostly trade stocks..

Stopped out of COG for a .42 gain The market is tanking now so again be careful..
