For the moment trading Bund and Bobl, but also looking in to ZN and ZF. For me it seems t that ZN is less volatile than the Bund and ZF less volatile than the Bobl. Is this correct, please give your opinions.

You forgott trading pullbacks.

Most trends have pullbacks, you seem to always enter on a pullback and not a trendstart. You have to learn to identify pullbacks in a trend.

Why did you go long in a clear downtrend?

Prices varies a lot, for T1(one bedroom) you have to pay between 500-1200 euro for 800 euros you can probably get a nice one,not so cheap.
