Stopped myself out here at 1676 for -1 Now short from 1676 Hate being short this thing. Seems to go up 80% of the time, but must take all my signals for now. Stop at 1680

Anyone else find CL particularly choppy today?

changing things around today. Every trade will have a stop around half as big as the target. (so if my stop looks like it needs to be 20ticks, I'll put a profit target in at around +35 - +40 ticks and walk away)

Lets see what next week brings. Method has help up overall so far, despite a few bumps along the way! But that's real time trading for ya I guess. Pleased to have had 3 winning weeks in a row. Certainly expecting a losing week at some point soon, so maybe next week. I'll settle for one...

Couldn't resist another short on the ES. Price action looked like buyers were running out of stream. Shorted the ES, but managed it badly, afraid to let profits turn into a loss, and took a little from it, but it CRASHED shortly after my exit, lol. Still. So, now it reads: Week 1 = +643...

His advice is to make sure that my stops are always smaller than my target. Based on what you just wrote, that's not necessarily feasible. You seem to be disagreeing with him, but telling me to heed his advice.
