This should be an election issue, with him bundling for Obama, with the Justice Department totally ignoring it (but bungling all sorts of other things), etc. Candidates have made bigger deals out of lesser issues.
But I won't hold my breath on that. The average voter won't know anything...
It all depends what the service claims and if it has a documented track record. I wouldn't pay for the service you mentioned, as I'm not into Fib/Gartley stuff and you can get chart/tape analysis from many sources if you can't do it yourself.
Personally, I'd want to see a real-time, audited...
That site has been around for years, but I thought they mostly did credit spreads?
Who knows what the long-term results are. As far as I know, there are no third-party sites that specialize in tracking performance for options services. There are services and sites like that for stock market...
1-week bottom, 1-month bottom, long-term cyclical low or what?
We were past due for a bounce, but the chart looks ugly. Even if it rises to the 50-day MA (around 1360 I think), the ugliness will still be there (and it will be a major test).
I wouldn't take this too seriously. The OP has also asked similar broad/vague "How do I make money in forex?" questions but gave this definition of successful trader:

Gotta love the take at ZH:
"Corzine's permanent expatriation plans may have to be delayed as Corzine is called in to explain why he didn't leak news of MF Global's demise to Congress ahead of time so the 435 insider traders could profit on the outcome."...

He's doing some nice work on this. Imagine that, a trader doing the job that financial journalists should be doing...

One would hope that this is high-profile enough for that not to happen. There are a lot of angry customers. Even if the media isn't giving it Madoff-like coverage, the kicking and screaming over the internet and "alternate" media sites will hopefully continue until it's resolved.
