    any WCOM traders?

U are of course right. My volume figure stood there when it was not yet MOC time. I think, if WCOM does not top itself tomorrow, this will be a record day-volume in a single stock for a longer time. WCOM rulez ...not really...

    any WCOM traders?

when it dropped to $6 for the first time, i was sure the big players knew it would bankrupt. no other reason would have justified this drop. better believe in them. the current quote expresses to me a 85% probability it will bankrupt within the next few months.

    how many contracts...

hello again, arrgg... only 1,2,3 serious replies. however, the 1000 big contracts stated here are a good starting point. i developed several market indicators, one of them telling as a side effect, how many traded contracts actually influence the market. i found out the following...

    how many contracts...

hey traders, i have a question for you: what do you think, how many e-mini contracts do you need to sell "marketable" within 10-20 minutes to _reasonably_ push the S&P down 10 pts on a normal-volumed day (350.000 ctrct/day) during regular hours, say at 10.00 am. i mean not throwing...

    IB Execution Speed

Speed with BEST is the same like ISLAND direct, if the order goes to ISLAND. The demo does not tell anything about their speed. Routing to ISLAND takes about 0.1-0.3 seconds, execs are as fast. REDI, SUPERSOES are also blazingly fast. INCA takes a moment longer, but I think it is INCA...

Someone cleaned up my IB account (almost)

ddef: have you tracert'ed the server ? it might be a MS "customer collector", however, if it is in XP too, you will not notice, because the generic win32 dll'd could have it implemented.

    Futures Charts Using IB's Data?

eltee: i would not use this software, it gets access to the tws (can theor. place orders), but looks not very mature.

Have you ever been threatened by Interactive Brokers ? Yes, we did

but mike - i honestly did not mean to prevent you from trading or subscribing to this forum. u can do whatever you want, but before spamming at IB, think about it at least twice.
