If u are daytrading, just buy 5-10 1 dollar to 1.5 dollar one, it will have a similar outcome of buying 1 deep in the money options. U can get out eaiser than a deep ITM options.

The stock is almost impossible to borrow. The possibility of a short squeeze is minimal.

Depends on how big u trade. If u are a 1000 lot trader in the ES, forget trading mini gold. Not enough liquidity. If u are a 1 lot trader in ES. U can make more in gold because of the bigger range and less back and filling.
