The Key to Trading Well

My 35year old parrot has no thumbs and he undoes the latch on his cage just fine. He also meows like a cat. And if he gets pissed enough he can pop the spot welds on the cage. Whats ur point?

    The Key to Trading Well

When the market switches from "Its all up from here" logic to "look out below" logic, the latch has moved. Some traders never figure it out, especially new ones.

How I beat my broker, so they can't front run me.

Easily explained. Its not IB, its the way the computers process your limit order. Go read how the CME computer processes orders on the CME website. Its based on the size (number of contracts). Orders for a specific price are processed highest to lowest size. If you have bid one contract...

ATTENTION long term long traders...Time to sell!

I don't have to gamble to make money. Nor...do I need his attitude to make money. Readon's language is filthy. He bullies anybody with a thought not the same as him. If Reardon and the other idiots of his ilk left this website, it would be a much better place. They dimish the usefulnes of...

ATTENTION long term long traders...Time to sell!

The only thing I want to thank Volente for is rattling your cage. He should have left you asleep under your rock. Your rock throwing, flaming, foul mouthed bullshit can stop any time. Its OK with me if you just leave permanently.

Market starting to bet on 100bps cut for next meeting

I suspect they are going to do a double whammy like in '98. First, September 30th that didn't stop the dropping stock prices followed by another rate cut two weeks later. That got us up to the Dot Com bubble. (They better hurry up..we have to keep muddling along...) :D

While I agree about the market, where I live we must be supporting the rest of the country, 'cuz... Today, you can't get in to the parking lot at the mall. Its absolutely full of cars

Things are settling down.. we will see it up soon

    are markets truly random?

BSAM you are a little late....I already said that, but all your edgy commentary kept it going

    are markets truly random?

    a) its noise, dude, not a complete random walk b) While I have an addiction to moving averages that I am working on, who sez I use TA?

    are markets truly random?

The random question has been asked and answered a hundred times since I have been paying attention to this board. The random question is never asked by those who made money, only those who blew up their account. Can't we retire this foolish random question? I bought 100 shares of...

What are your favorite, most reliable indicators?

If I am running at tick bars under a minute, not really. MA's seem too slow to react. For me MA's work great for position trading.

What are your favorite, most reliable indicators?

While I know that price action is the final answer, I have to admit that I am still stuck on MA's as a crutch. It helps with that trigger.
