So how would a futures prop deal work - did not know this was a possibility. Do I still trade with only my funds/leverage, or is there the ability to increase the amount of trading funds available for my systems that are already profitable? Do I need series 3? Thanks for any answers!

My conclusion is that trading futures with the need of charts and primarily indicators is fools gold. The bottom line is chart/indicator trading is all left to interpretation and discretionary decision. I am not saying that chart/indicator trading can't be made to work for certain individuals...
