In the futures market that is HFT - high frequency trading. This is usually an automated and fully mechanical system that does not use any indicators/signals while "on" - the system is turned on by the users for market conditions determined from extensive backtesting.

I think the new version of NT coming out in the next few months will have some of those changes - there is a "user defined function" feature that I would like them to add also.

Transact with what platform? Trademaven platform is imploding and the Transact platform with their feed is clunky from the test i did.

Yes I have been talking with Paul at Vcap about dual feeds and I may do this also versus just the TT feed - seems like a prudent idea with all of the tech issues we encounter as traders from time to time.

I would avoid Tradestation if you have a tight and profitable system - go with XTrader through www.vcapfutures.com or www.velocityfutures.com There are better ways to run your dual data strategy with better data feeds than TS's.
