Thanks, I have heard of Anvil but didn't find the retail brokerage that uses this platform. To date I have only found one retail brokerage who supplies Hammer and that is Assent. The rest of the Hammer users I found were all prop shops.

Ok Volume, I am beginning to see that most of the users here apparently use IB as you say. I also can't imagine using IB alone without at least a front end user interface for scalping.

So Jay, are you saying you are an IB customer, and there is no better alternative that you could recommend? Or What?

I looked at HLV web site and it looks like they are a prop shop only. Millennium apparently gives you the choice of IQ or Sterling for a retail account.

I found GreenTree. I am impressed that they have numerous software platforms to offer. Aparrently they also offer remote retail as well a prop accounts.

I looked at DAS Trader this evening and on the surface it looks like a good possibility. But they only listed one retail partner who is Questrade and their ticket charges are $9.95. A little too rich for me but I would like to list them as a possibility.
