MTE Why American? I trade options on FTSE futures-mostly credit spreads. As exercise can not happen till last day I get enough opportunity to roll it forward or close at a more favourable price. I mostly trade put credit spreads. I would like to understand your viewpoint. Thanks

This was a options contract. The exchange is globex and the trade was attempted during market hours.

Quick question for Trader28, do you stop trading this method about 45 minutes before the close ? Or do you sometimes trade right up to the close if you spot a good trade coming up ? Thanks
