Well, i sat there and stared at the double top in the Q's but I didn't pull the trigger. Jeez. I'm glad this day is out of the way.

All I ask is that they do NOT add level 11 or charts to the platform. I only have access to a phone line for upload and since I switched to IB it hasn't crashed once. Every other platform I've used crashed two or three times a day.

Only a few hours left till the market opens. No one knows what will happen. I will be watching with pounding heart. I do not know if I will trade or not. Just like any other day.

Every time you short a stock, you are trying to profit on somebody elses pain.

Do you guys actually think whether you short or not tommorrow is going to change the market.? Thats like a flea climbing up an elephants leg with intentions of rape.

I don't think the "phsyical" market is the problem. Recovering from the physical disruption will take a few days or weeks but the "psychic" damage could take years to repair The loss of confidence is not in the mechanics of the market but in the future.

I am new to the forum. I have been looking for a place to discuss trading that does not have the usual spam and bickering. This forum seems to fill the bill for the most part. My vote, fwiw, is to stick to trading, tho. I get all the violence I can handle on the evening news.

I have never found any way to trade news with any consistency and consistency is the backbone of any profitable method, imo. Monday is going to be a surreal day and I am just going to watch until the market gets back to some sort of "consistency".

I've found the last few weeks to be the easiest trading I've ever had. Short the rallies. No overnites. I'll stick with it till it stops working.

I'm not endorsing William's book or methodologies. I just happen to agree with that particular statement.

I've never seen it mentioned anywhere but its a fact that almost 100 % of the time the high of the day exceeds the opening price.There ought to be some way of cashing in on this. When you figure it out, remember who turned you on.
