No ones knows, at least I don't. All I know is to watch to see if it has flipped, and provides an entry. Predicting the outcome is a losing proposition that will drive you insannnnneee.
OP, Just my 2 cents worth, but you need to drop all the indicators. You have a good uptrend line break to the downside and a penetaration of support. Wait for a pullback to the 82 area and place a sell below it. Aint rocket surgery.
Mr. Black, I have enjoyed reading your posts in othere areas. Would you be so kind as to show where you would have entered and exited on the chart you posted here?
Thanks,

I'm not much of a poster here, but my 2 cents worth: For years I refused to accept that trading (for me, intraday indexes) was gambling. It seemed more legiitimate to consider myself a small business owner. I adopted the "treat trading like a business" line that many guru's (failed traders...

I do not have the ability to backtest, so I am taking the easy way to hopefully get an answer to this simple question.
If you enter a trade at random with a fixed stop and an equal fixed target, in the long run do you break even?
Say a 10 point stop and target on a 2 minute NQ chart.

I agree, What I meant, was take S/R based enrties that agree with a moving average. This cuts out some whipsaws, but also prevents you from catching early reversals.
Rough, Have you traded the system cash? If so, were there unexpected variables that affected results? I think this system's strength lies in the set targets. I am more and more thinking that even a random entry utilizing stops would be profitable, if increasing fixed targets are used...
What a shill.
