sounds like a good idea - why not? "natural" price discovery - yesterdays action was also just natural price discovery - right? if it was all about avoiding interference - there wouldn't be limit barriers - and there wouldn't be busted trades - imho.

i wasn't involved in these incidents - and i am not so much astonished at all that such things can happen (by accident or not) - but the main problem i see is that some trades get busted - others not. yesterday the es was the starting point - es trades got busted - other trades not. why not...

they might even profit from their "erroneous" trade itself - if it's covering gets not busted - who knows. and if it's a common thing that exchanges declare those actions as "erroneous" - as long as one of their member firms that caused the incident declares that it was just a mistake - it...

well - i'm not sure what you mean - but i am still a little dreamer - and i have the vision of some kind of fairness. no - fairness is not the right word - but i didn't find a better one.

this kind of policy is an absolute invitation for any kind of fraud - don't you think? tank the one market (and rely on getting out at least without damage) - while making profit in another market that tanks as well. i am really no friend of conspiracy theories - but i doubt that this is...
