No problem. I do know that NinjaTrader supporting TT brokers are not passing a fixed monthly connection fee. The cost is per transaction and its in the area of a few cents, but don't quote me.

TT does charge its FCM customer for use of the FIX adapter however, I would not know specifics. You would need to direct that question to a prospective broker. NinjaTrader only connects to TT through their FIX adapter.

I believe such a suggestion is on our feature suggestion list already, if not I will be sure to add it.

If you are doing EOD trading, any broker web based platform is fine for that. You can supplement that with the NinjaTrader platform for analysis. This is free. In addition, the Kinetick EOD service is built right into NinjaTrader 7 and its free to us as well.

To clarify, the broker must have installed the TT Fix Adapter. This is not a requirement of the individual trader.

It is possible to do this through a custom developed indicator however, you are limited to the plot types available to indicators. We call them multi-time frame indicators.

Yes you can connect to IB and Kinetick simultaneously, received market data from Kinetick but execute orders through your IB account. If you do not want to pay for MD from Kinetick, open a MD window in IB TWS (as last poster suggested) and you should be fine.
