    John is DEAD ??

basically any speculation that tries to predict prices in the next minute, hour, or day and etc is gambling. good news is not everyone does the above. but when i first start out thats what i did. investing looks at years, 10 years, forever. btw, on this guy's blog he was holding aapl...

    I predict an assasination

united states president has always been white male and majority protestant. its a bit naive to assume obama will become the leader of US of A. i predict he will be assasinated as well by the same ppl who killed of kennedy because he was catholic. hilary will not be assasinated because...

    GOOG suckers

yes this is the impression i get that NO ONE really pays attention to these. when i see an interesting ad, and below it says ads by google, i immediately wave it off because i know the quality of those links are crap most of the time. but it sucks for the advertisers, not for google. they...

    GOOG suckers

its obvious individual will not be able to immediately gather loans or VC to build datacenters, in order to produce an advanced search engine. the cost of switching for the average user is as easy as typing in google.com to msdn.com for example. if it starts to tick, then these costs are...

    GOOG suckers

theres virtually not much barrier to entry of sci grad students with some venture cap to start something like innovative like google at its prime stage. dont think sergei and page needed to consider book reproduction costs of yahoo's dataservers.

    GOOG suckers

the cost of entrance to google's internet sector business is not too high. if yahoo can be wiped clean, google also stands in the same danger, unless they start to diversify more into tangible goods, which they are doing more and more, however the danger is still there unless thye become a...

Nothing is safe in Trading now ..unless

whos to say what trading is, what the market is. its constant trial and error(of course not by flipping coins but depending on ur creed), and the market happens to reward you if you are on the right side....not much of a skill as people would like to think. just like america's innovations...

a rebuttal to ET 'doom & gloomers': Trading Opportunities could NOT BE BETTER!!!

how do u know tomorrow will be better because in the past it has recovered? how do u know tomorrow will be worse just because the past says so ? you can't know the future.

Nothing is safe in Trading now ..unless

the media is to blame. they make look like all the floor traders in NYSE always go long. everytime market tanks, theres bald fat guys covering their faces. control the mass by instilling fear, manipulate and exploit, more money for some group of elite ppl.

Nothing is safe in Trading now ..unless

i agree....its always same. the markets are full of naive exuberancy, ppl are never prepared for the unexpected (of course it wouldn't be unexpected if they knew it was coming), we think markets move the way we want it to and it has gotten us into trouble many times.

    Anatomy of a failed trade

hindsight makes everyones a genius. why do we always need to find an explanation for good and bad trades? has it ever occured that it might be simply unlucky turn of events from a random happening? reading books on how-i-made-millions-buying-pullback is just self fulfilling act, very much is...

    Any thoughts on DNDN ?

this says nothing about whether fda will approve or not. its just a desperate cry from a company going under.
