Can anyone give information on the relatively new market maker "NSX" that seems to be on the inside market in so many nasdaq stocks in recent weeks? To me, NSX seems to put in tons of orders, showing bids/offers of fluctuating size and not printing most of their quotes. Who are these guys...

Nobody has any information? My concern is based on the fact that "Jasper Capital, LLC" is listed as one of the entities (in addition to Glass) being charged with insider trading. Thanks for any insight.

Remote trader here. The LLC I trade through is changing management a bit, it appears the main owner is leaving to *pursue other interests*. So they are changing the LLC name and putting #2 in charge, or at least #2 is splitting some of the traders off into a second LLC. Not sure which...

if the broker wired you the money, then i guess selling immediately would be worth it. i gotta say, selling your shares is dangerous - you get stuck short at your close out price, so if goog rips you get smoked knowing you almost definitely need to buy back those sells
