I can't point you to a post where Anek tells you how he defines a DT, but I have noticed that he will frequently call a DT where the second top is much lower than the first top. I don't think it really matters if you call it a double top or a lower high and use the low in between the 2 highs...

not sure about 96, but 1492 is a number that rings a bell (for obvious reasons - for most of us, this became a familiar number at an early age) but seriously, we seem to do a lot of work around 1492 going back several months.
