Hedge funds buying houses: How are the loans structured?

Recently, I have been looking at the trend of hedge funds buying single-family rentals. I am wondering how the companies get mortgages for these houses. Are they adjustable rate, which companies do they borrow from, etc…

Prove to me that Technical Analysis Works.

True. I do not read the books by academics/billionaires, however The Intelligent Investor is a timeless masterpiece, and following its principles will always be better than TA.

Prove to me that Technical Analysis Works.

You say that, because you will never be able to prove that TA works better. Even *cough* index funds outperform TA (assuming no leverage is used). All academic papers prove that fundamentals outperform the market and TA.

    ...and it's true?

Prove to me that Technical Analysis Works.

No, because Citadel is a market maker, and they have much better data than anyone else has access to. Quant models aren't the reason they make money, volume data and buying data is, though.

Prove to me that Technical Analysis Works.

The stock price can deceive you. Ever read Irrational Exuberance?

Prove to me that Technical Analysis Works.

Sounds a lot more logical/rational than trusting a line on a chart.

Prove to me that Technical Analysis Works.

This is clearly a cope. 99% of financial statements are not fake, so we can dismiss this claim. Mohnish Pabrai? Peter Lynch? Joel Greenblatt? All are good examples of modern day investors with equal/better performance than Buffett.

Prove to me that Technical Analysis Works.

I refuse to believe that a line on a chart can explain the entirety of a company. It defies rationality and logic. Not to mention that NOBODY notable has gotten super rich off of TA. On the other hand, fundamentals have made several people rich (Warren Buffett, Charles Munger, Bill Ackman, Carl...

Is Finviz the best stock screener there is? What does their elite add?

stockanalysis.com has a better one for fundamentals. I don't use technicals, so I am not sure about tradingview for that, though.

Grupo México is a good one that nobody is aware of. Just keep in mind that it's OTC, so expect lower liquidity.

Professional Services... One of the most undervalued industries

I didn't mean that kind of temp work. Those 4 companies are more like consulting/outsourcing firms. Even though temp work like gigs won't be successful, outsourcing companies probably will.

Professional Services... One of the most undervalued industries

ManpowerGroup, Kforce, Robert Half, and Hendrick & Struggles all have flawless balance sheets, yet nobody has caught on yet. Not to mention excellent dividends, also. I see professional services/temp work being a growth industry in the future, especially with the Lean Startup model becoming more...
